Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from The Peptide Archive, you confirm that you are responsible for ensuring the lawful purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of any products ordered.

Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion. Customers under 18 years old are not allowed to purchase goods form the Peptide Archive and we will refuse orders from anyone we suspect is under 18 years old.
An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of an order. Acceptance occurs once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Payment
Payment must be received and cleared before an order is dispatched. Available payment methods may vary depending on checkout availability and payment provider restrictions. For Visa or MasterCard payments we may charge a small fee where applicable, which you will be notified of at checkout before making payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services where available. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. The Peptide Archive cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their destination country.
The Peptide Archive cannot accept responsibility for customs delays, inspections, seizures, import restrictions, duties, taxes, or any other action taken by authorities in the destination country.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the specialist nature of our products, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. Any returned products are disposed of responsibly in accordance with our quality procedures.
Refund and return requests are assessed individually. Requests may be declined where products have been opened, used, tampered with, incorrectly stored, or where the request is made outside the stated returns period.
Limitation of Liability
The Peptide Archive shall not be liable for misuse, improper handling, unlawful use, incorrect storage, unauthorised application, or use outside laboratory and scientific research purposes.
Customers accept full responsibility for ensuring products are handled safely, lawfully, and appropriately after delivery.
Changes to These Terms
The Peptide Archive reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
